Job Description:

* Work with a friendly boutique team in a busy location
* Deal with clients over the phone and face to face by appointment only
* Use a GDS and use of back office system to make reservations
* Use product knowledge to up sell and switch sell to ensure maximum profit is made from each booking
* Tailor make travel and cruise itineraries for your repeat and referral customers

All successful candidates will have:

* Ability to think outside the box for creating all types of travel itineraries including cruises, flights, tours hotels etc
* A solid client base
* Extensive travel product knowledge
* At least 1 year experience in the travel industry
* Proven ability to meet and exceed set sales targets
* Ideally has international and domestic personal travel exposure
* Ability to work within a team - this is a very team focused company
* Ensuring all clients are met with exceptional customer service skills
* Experience using GDS such as Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre

Package:
Successful candidates can expect an attractive base salary plus + superannuation and not to mention all the travel perks including fabulous famils!
