Senior Travel Consultant | Cruise

Are you an experienced Travel Consultant with a genuine passion for international travel, cruise and delivering exceptional customer service?

This is a rare opportunity to step into an established portfolio of loyal, repeat clientele and manage their travel from initial enquiry through to departure. You'll be creating personalised international travel itineraries across cruise, flights and accommodation, while using your strong travel industry knowledge to deliver seamless end-to-end travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell and manage international cruise holidays across a range of cruise lines and destinations
• Create complete cruise and international travel packages tailored to individual client needs
• Provide expert cruise, destination and travel advice
• Manage bookings from initial enquiry through to final documentation and departure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with an established portfolio of repeat clientele
• Work towards travel sales, revenue and customer service KPIs
• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the entire travel booking journey

About You:

• 3-5 years' experience within the travel industry, ideally within leisure travel or cruise
• Strong knowledge and experience selling international cruise products and cruise lines
• Proven GDS experience using Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus
• Extensive destination knowledge and personal international travel experience
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to confidently manage your own portfolio of clients and bookings
• Comfortable working independently within a fast-paced travel environment
