A growing travel company is seeking confident, customer-focused Travel Consultants to manage inbound travel enquiries and convert interest into memorable travel experiences. This role is ideal for someone who loves travel, enjoys selling, and wants strong earning potential without cold calling.

You'll focus purely on travel sales, supported by dedicated teams who manage fulfilment and operations - allowing you to do what you do best: sell exceptional travel experiences.

The Role

• Handle inbound travel enquiries and convert them into bookings
• Consult with customers to understand their travel needs
• Present and sell curated travel packages
• Cross-sell relevant travel upgrades where appropriate
• Achieve and exceed travel sales KPIs
• Prepare accurate quotes and travel documentation
• Work collaboratively within a fast-paced travel sales team

• Passion for travel and customer engagement
• Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly
• Target-focused with strong closing ability
• Organised, detail-oriented and adaptable
