An excellent opportunity has arisen with this successful and well-established Leisure Travel Agency based in the beautiful surrounds of the Central Coast area. Our client is looking for a motivated, positive and experienced Senior Travel Consultant to join their close knit team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Creating bespoke and luxury travel itineraries for a range of clientele
* Be the client's immediate point of contact from the start of the booking to the end for their International and Domestic travel needs
* Building and maintaining external travel partner relationships
* Ensure fantastic customer service is given at all times, always going the extra mile to ensure a repeat and loyal clientele and referral base
* Monday to Friday hours - with the occasional Saturday

EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:

* Extensive Travel Consulting experience
* Ability to exceed client expectations, have a 'Can-do, nothing is a problem' approach to your Consulting
* Positive, confident and proactive worker
* Sound communication and interpersonal skills - Team player where lending a hand to your colleagues will go side by side with your Senior Travel Consulting role
* Effective time management skills
* Existing knowledge and use of GDS's preferably Galileo and Crosscheck
* Excellent product and destination knowledge Internationally and Domestically
