We are looking for someone who has experience within the Travel Industry as well as a background in Training and Development to join the team. You will be working on the development of existing consultants in addition to ensuring the new staff members are being trained so they can perform their tasks effectively and efficiently.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Assist in the induction of new staff
*Train new and existing staff based on an established training plan
*Lead the training and development of new and existing staff
*Lead the implementation of any new initiatives within the business
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Knowledge of the Travel Industry, preferably experience with the Corporate sector
*A friendly personality and effective communication skills
*Ability to present professionally to wide range of audiences
*Previous experience in a Training and Development based position
*Understanding of adult training
