About the Role

As the Travel Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of partners. You will focus on strategic account planning, contract negotiation, supplier performance, and delivering measurable value for clients through effective sourcing strategies and strong stakeholder engagement.

You'll work closely with internal teams while acting as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring service delivery, commercial outcomes, and operational excellence remain on track.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Leadership

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Deliver strategic account objectives and lead regular client meetings and reviews
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights, recommendations, and innovative solutions

Commercial & Contract Management

  • Lead contract negotiations and renewals to achieve strong commercial outcomes
  • Manage savings targets, risk analysis, and supplier performance
  • Oversee contract governance, compliance, and documentation

Sourcing & Market Strategy

  • Analyse market trends to inform hotel sourcing strategies
  • Support destination presentations and sourcing proposals
  • Conduct site inspections domestically and internationally as required

Operational & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal sourcing, operations, and technology teams
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and manage action plans to resolution
  • Support projects aligned to business growth and client needs

Reporting & Systems

  • Maintain accurate data, contracts, and forecasts within CRM systems
  • Track performance metrics and provide insights to senior stakeholders

About You

  • Proven experience in account management, client delivery, or commercial roles within travel, aviation, or a related industry
  • Strong negotiation, contracting, and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially astute with the ability to analyse data and identify opportunities
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging at all levels
  • Detail-oriented with strong systems and reporting capability
  • Flexible and open to travel as required
