Are you passionate about travel and looking to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of tourism in India and Sri Lanka? We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Create and develop long-lasting relationships with industry partners.
  • Present and promote the company's services to potential clients.
  • Follow up on leads generated from sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in marketing events, seminars, and showcases.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the travel industry. 3+ years.
  • Strong knowledge of travel trends, key destinations, and customer preferences in the South Asian region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently .
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A passion for travel, culture, and providing exceptional experiences to clients.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

The Package:

  • 85K - $95K + incentives + super + car allowance
  • Travel: the opportunity to accompany agent famils and undertake recces/knowledge building trips. This position includes a high amount of interstate travel & international travel.
  • Remote working when not on the road (1 day p/m in office)
