Business Sales Manager
We're looking for an experienced Travel Industry Business Manager to lead commercial growth and strategic engagement across a state-wide network of travel partners.
You'll be responsible for boosting profitability, leading digital transformation, and supporting the long-term success across our diverse portfolio.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Strengthen commercial performance through structured planning, KPI delivery, and business improvement initiatives
- Implement proven strategies from the leisure travel sector to optimise in-store performance and support partner growth
- Provide strategic account management, ensuring partner satisfaction, retention, and value alignment across the brand
- Deliver targeted coaching, operational support and data-led performance reviews to improve capability and profitability
- Increase adoption of key digital tools and offer enablement strategies to support and drive efficiency
- Influence commercial behaviour through preferred`travel supplier engagement, campaign alignment, and revenue initiatives
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum 4+ years in Commercial Tavel Sales, along with a well-established network of travel industry partners.
- In-depth knowledge of the travel industry landscape, including supplier performance, in-house wholesale, and retail models
- Proven experience managing multiple sites, adapting sales and business strategies based on local market conditions, store potential and individual agency capabilities
- A strategic mindset and ability to influence, coach, and drive commercial change
- Digitally confident, with experience supporting the rollout and adoption of digital platforms or tools.
- Ability to user data-driven insights to guide partner strategy, improve operational outcomes, and elevate overall network performance.
