Working with our Client Services & Travel team, you will be responsible for handling supplier communications and confirmations for specific tours, through to finalising documentation for both our travellers and tour leaders including detailed tour notes and itinerary.
Some communication with travellers and booking of pre-and post-travel arrangements is involved. On occasion there will be the opportunity to accompany a group assisting the tour leader as a tour manager.
Experience in group tour operations is essential and managing/supervising a team of people is definitely preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
A minimum three years' experience in the travel industry is essential, while experience in group tour operations would be beneficial but not essential. An interest in the arts is desirable. Rather, you will have a bright and outgoing 'can do' personality, strong communication and administrative skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
THE PACKAGE:
This excellent position offers a highly competitive salary package depending on experience with bonus and benefits.
