About the Role

You'll act as a strategic conduit between the central team and a broad network of valued partners. Your focus will be to:

  • Proactively manage and grow existing key accounts through strategic planning and commercial insight
  • Identify and execute opportunities to enhance partner performance and profitability
  • Drive adoption and effective use of core business tools and preferred supplier programs
  • Deliver tailored business coaching, performance reviews, and digital enablement strategies to support long-term success

What We're Looking For

We're after someone who is:

  • Well-connected in the leisure travel industry with 5+ years' experience
  • Commercially savvy with a knack for identifying and executing growth opportunities
  • A confident communicator and natural relationship builder
  • Digitally capable and experienced in coaching others on systems and platforms
  • Skilled in managing profitable partnerships and strategic account plans
  • Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating across teams
  • Willing and able to travel across your state (and occasionally overseas)

  • Travel: Across your state, potential interstate & occasional international travel required
  • Start: Immediate or negotiable
  • Remuneration: Competitive salary of $105,00 - $110,000 + Super + $15,000 car allowance
