In this high-impact position, you'll blend your travel industry expertise, commercial acumen, and relationship-building skills to drive results and deliver meaningful value to a trusted leisure travel brand.
About the Role
You'll act as a strategic conduit between the central team and a broad network of valued partners. Your focus will be to:
- Proactively manage and grow existing key accounts through strategic planning and commercial insight
- Identify and execute opportunities to enhance partner performance and profitability
- Drive adoption and effective use of core business tools and preferred supplier programs
- Deliver tailored business coaching, performance reviews, and digital enablement strategies to support long-term success

What We're Looking For
We're after someone who is:
- Well-connected in the leisure travel industry with 5+ years' experience
- Commercially savvy with a knack for identifying and executing growth opportunities
- A confident communicator and natural relationship builder
- Digitally capable and experienced in coaching others on systems and platforms
- Skilled in managing profitable partnerships and strategic account plans
- Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating across teams
- Willing and able to travel across your state (and occasionally overseas)

The Details
- Role: Full-time
- Location: Flexible Melbourne
- Travel: Across your state, potential interstate & occasional international travel required
- Start: Immediate or negotiable
- Remuneration: Competitive salary of $105,00 - $110,000 + Super + $15,000 car allowance
