This role would be perfect for a graduate with 1-2 years in travel who is looking to get into product and pricing - a truly amazing opportunity with a reputable company. This is a 6 month contract with a strong chance of going permanent.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Preparation of tour quotes
-Lead effective price adjustments for new and existing products
-Improve tour gross margins through effective use of pricing structure and itinerary improvements
-Perform pricing reporting and data collection
-Maintain standardised pricing model across all Line of Business
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Travel industry preferred (1-2 years)
- Degree (preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Great attention to detail and ability to multi task
- Have strong geographic knowledge: your fingers on the pulse with the current travel market
- Fantastic phone manner and personal presentation
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Vibrant personality (an ability to build rapport quickly)
THE PACKAGE:
$45-$50k + Super
Office location close to public transport & parking
No need to travel to the city - work close to home and commute!
Monday - Friday, good working hours.
