Are you highly organised, naturally great with people and excited by the idea of turning travel plans into memorable experiences?
We're looking for a Group Travel Specialist to join a growing travel team in Brisbane, working with schools, universities, organisations and groups to coordinate exciting travel programs across Australia and international destinations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in getting the details right and wants to build a long-term career within a specialist area of travel.
Your Day, Your Clients, Their Journey
As a Group Travel Specialist, you'll coordinate travel arrangements from the initial enquiry through to the final details of each trip.
You'll work closely with clients, suppliers and internal specialists to ensure every element is organised and delivered smoothly.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Managing bookings, documentation, supplier arrangements and client files
- Liaising with accommodation providers, airlines, tour operators and other travel partners
- Building strong, ongoing relationships with clients
- Responding to enquiries and providing knowledgeable, personalised service
- Keeping on top of deadlines, changes and the many moving parts involved in group travel
- Supporting educational and group travel programs across a range of international destinations
- Working as part of a collaborative team where priorities and projects can change throughout the year
No two days will be exactly the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and plenty of variety.
