Are you a relationship-driven travel professional who loves creating memorable travel experiences? Join a well-established tour operator where your people skills, organisation, and creativity will truly shine.
What you'll be doing:
π§³ Manage end-to-end group tour enquiries from first contact to confirmation
πΊοΈ Design tailored itineraries for private groups across Australia and overseas
π€ Build strong relationships with clubs, community groups, and organisers
π Spend time on the road meeting clients, presenting itineraries, and growing your territory
π Coordinate accommodation, transport, attractions, and suppliers
π Maintain regular communication around rooming lists, dietary needs, mobility requirements, and final numbers
πΌ Manage your sales pipeline and CRM records with accuracy and follow-through
What we're looking for:
β Strong relationship-building and communication skills
π£οΈ Confidence presenting to groups and engaging with new clients
π Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
π Comfortable juggling multiple accounts and priorities
βοΈ Experience in travel, sales, account management, events, or hospitality (preferred)
π΅ Exposure to group travel or senior travel markets is a bonus but not essential
