JOB POSITION:

• Deliver outstanding service to esteemed clients by independently overseeing their travel needs, proactively anticipating and comprehending individual preferences and requirements.
• Manage all VIP inquiries, requests, bookings, and ticketing with the utmost standards of excellence.
• Develop intricate itineraries to provide practical travel solutions, ensuring adherence to budgets and meeting specific client requirements.
• Precisely handle all travel necessities, encompassing air travel, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meet-and-assist services, and private charters.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and travel regulations to maintain a current understanding of the evolving landscape.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently while collaboratively contributing to a team-oriented environment.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Candidates must possess prior experience in Corporate or VIP Travel.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing intricate itineraries and catering to VIP clientele.
• Essential expertise in GDS systems (Galileo/Tramada).
• In-depth knowledge of airfare
• Experience in coordinating group travel is highly valued.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, are a prerequisite.
• Effective time management abilities and adeptness in multitasking are essential.

PACKAGE:

• Excellent salary of $65 - 75K + super
• Full time permanent role
• Mon - Fri hours with no late nights/weekends
