ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a full time role where you will be working 40-45+ hours per week. You will be a vital part of the management team of this highly respected and sort after venue in South Melbourne. You will be responsible for the efficient management and smooth running of all food and beverage operations in the venue as well as assisting in the performance of any other duties relating to the operation of the venue. On a Saturday night you will be managing up to 50+ staff.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-12+ months experience in a similar role
-Previous training and development of staff experience
-Enthusiastic and engaging personality
-Willingness to assist in a hands on capacity
-Flexibility and adaptability
-Experience working in a fast paced/high volume work environment
