If this sounds like you, please read on. This fantastic Travel Company is looking for an experienced Cruise Travel Reservations Consultant to join their busy team in Adelaide.

DUTIES:

Come and join this expanding travel business in the CBD as a Cruise Travel Consultant. Looking for someone who has a passion for travel to quote and sell all manner of cruises and land arrangements.

You will liaise with customers and suppliers and be adept at time management and problem solving.

Your responsibilities also include but are not limited to:

• Answering calls from direct customers
• Tailor make cruise and tour itineraries
• Convert enquiries to sales
• Work towards sales targets to earn fantastic uncapped commission.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
• Taking enquires over the phone and via e-mail for a variety of cruise itineraries
• Cruise itineraries will vary from European, to Worldwide, so no two enquires the same!
• Offering a friendly informative service, putting together the cruise itineraries
• Ability to identify and act on up selling opportunities

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Ideally have at least 2-5 years travel industry experience within a lesiure / retail travel background
• Solid sales experience
• Must have excellent cruise product knowledge
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Friendly telephone manner
• GDS experience preferred - Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo

THE PACKAGE:

• $70 - $80k + super
• Uncapped commission, great earning potential
• Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm (no late nights or weekends)
• No face to face consulting
