An exciting opportunity for an experienced Destination / Product Specialist to take ownership of a portfolio within a well-established wholesale travel business.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role suited to someone who thrives on product sourcing, supplier negotiations, and building standout travel offerings that drive real sales results.

About the Role

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll be responsible for sourcing, contracting and managing innovative travel products across popular destinations, while driving strategies that grow passenger numbers, room nights and overall market share.

Success in this role is measured through strong commercial outcomes, exclusive supplier deals, and building a reputation as a destination expert in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, contract and negotiate new and compelling travel products
• Secure exclusive rates, tactical deals and value-added inclusions
• Manage and grow strong supplier relationships while developing new partnerships
• Maintain expert knowledge of competitor activity and market trends
• Ensure timely and accurate loading of products into TourPlan
• Work closely with management to identify marketing, distribution and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive product performance across all sales channels
• Liaise with suppliers and tourism bodies on campaigns and promotional activity
• Train and support sales teams on new products, offers and campaigns

About You

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a hands-on product, contracting or destination role
• Strong commercial mindset with proven negotiation skills
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation abilities
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Travel industry experience highly regarded
