Start or re-commence your aviation career with this fantastic opportunity to join a growing airline. You will be responsible for reservations and airline ticketing via direct customers as well as agency partners. Work with a variety of travel industry partners from retail to corporate travel agencies, wholesalers and air consolidators.

The Role

• Responds in a timely and effective manner to emails and phone enquiry
• Reservations and ticketing for direct passengers, travel agents and corporate partners
• Groups handling and reservations
• Rebooking and reissues during delays and disruptions
• Maintain sales and other administrative reports

Who You Are

• At least 1 years' experience preferred in travel agency or airline reservations
• Experience using a GDS (Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo)
• Strong customer service and computer skills
• Ability to work under pressure

The Package

• 50-60k plus superannuation
• Monday to Friday only, no weekends!
