THE OPPORTUNITY:


Handling enquiries from both Travel Agents & direct consumers.. this is a diverse & exciting role for a wholesale consultant wanting to use their travel industry knowledge to specialise in one or multiple continents across the world.

You will use different tools to communicate with enquiries such as telephone, online chat, emails and on rare occasion: face to face.

As a wholesaler, you will quote using published or wholesale fares (provided by the air team), work closely with the Product & Yield teams to check availability & request any communication with 3rd party suppliers.

Maintaining relationships and hopefully repeat & referral business is key and following up on any outstanding quotes or documentation on bookings is needed on a daily basis.



EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Ideal candidate would come from a wholesale, luxury or tour operator background in a call centre travel agency environment. If you are from a retail travel background but have specialised in certain areas of the world - especially Europe or Asia, we would still consider.

Min 2 PLUS years experience, good at keeping yourself accountable.
