JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide Excellent Customer Service
• Handling enquiries and sales from Travel Agents and direct customers by phone and email
• Preparation of quotes, Processing bookings and changes to existing bookings
• Preparing and issuing travel documents
• Correspondence and co-ordination with suppliers
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and travel regulations
• Work in a Team environment

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Travel industry experience
• Experience and knowledge of Scandinavia and Arctic regions is a plus
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective time management skills and Ability to multitask
• High Attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and a can-do attitude
• Be professional, self-motivated and be able to work as part of a team
