Job Description

• Lead and inspire a growing team of international travel consultants
• Continue to work hands-on with clients, booking international holidays
• Mentor and coach your team to deliver world-class service and hit sales targets
• Be part of an innovative and expanding travel business with exciting plans for growth
• Work across a variety of international destinations, no two days will ever be the same
• Drive performance and culture while staying close to the action
• No GDS experience required, just bring your passion, leadership, and sales energy
• Enjoy a hybrid role that blends leadership with client consulting

Experience Required

• Proven experience in the travel industry, ideally in a Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader role
• Strong international travel consulting experience with a focus on international itineraries
• Confident mentoring and motivating others to achieve individual and team goals
• Passion for all things travel - you live and breathe destinations, customer service, and great experiences
• Commercially minded with a love for sales and client engagement
• Adaptable and excited to grow with a scaling team

The Package

• $70,000 + Super
• Uncapped commission - your earnings are limited only by your ambition
