We are seeking an experienced and passionate wholesale reservations consultant. You will be a destination expert working in the CBD with a reputable and dynamic team and will play a pivotal role in delivering seamless end to end travel solutions booking everything from complex international itineraries to last minute requests. You will be the expert behind an unbeatable travel experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Office based role working B2B and B2C
• Be the main point of contact and provide expert travel advice for travel agents and clients from start to finish
• Using Amadeus to make airfare bookings
• Deliver outstanding customer service always going the extra mile.

About you:

• Experience with a GDS system, Amadeus preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in the travel industry
• Experience working towards sales targets and KPI's
• Well travelled and knowledgeable.
