Join a leading name in the wholesale travel industry and turn your passion for travel into a high-reward career. We're on the hunt for an experienced and motivated Wholesale Travel Consultant to join our fast-growing, high-performing team in the heart of Brisbane's CBD.

You'll be working with one of Australia's most respected travel wholesalers, supporting both retail travel agents and direct clients with complex international bookings, tailor-made itineraries, and last-minute requests. If you're a sales-driven consultant with a knack for customer service and a deep love for travel, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Your Role:

  • Handle inbound enquiries from both travel agents and direct clients via phone, email, and web

  • Craft and sell tailored wholesale air and land packages

  • Manage bookings from start to finish, ensuring a seamless travel experience

  • Deliver expert destination advice and personalised service

  • Collaborate with suppliers to confirm arrangements and resolve issues

  • Maintain accurate records using internal booking systems

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

  • Attend regular training and team meetings to stay up to date

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in travel consulting or a wholesale/reservations role

  • Proven ability to sell and hit targets in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional communication and time management skills

  • Confidence working with both B2B and B2C clients

  • GDS experience essential; Amadeus and Tourplan highly regarded

  • Strong destination knowledge and a passion for creating amazing travel experiences

  • Team-focused, proactive, and customer-service driven
