Team Leader - Travel Wholesaler
Are you an experienced leader within the travel industry looking to take the next step in your career in 2026?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established travel wholesaler where you will lead a high-performing reservations team and help deliver exceptional service to travel agents and their clients.
In this role, you'll lead a reservations team, developing their skills, lifting service standards, and supporting them to meet performance goals while keeping daily operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of reservation consultants to deliver outstanding service and meet performance targets
- Oversee daily operations of the reservations team, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards
- Support sales performance by managing team KPIs, monitoring results, and taking calls where required
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivated team environment
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
- Handle escalated enquiries and provide solutions to complex issues
- Collaborate with peers across the business to ensure consistent service delivery
What We're Looking For:
- Experience managing a team in the travel or tourism sector
- Strong coaching and people management skills, including setting KPIs and driving performance
- Excellent customer service and sales experience
- Ability to think proactively, solve problems and create a productive, fun, and results-driven workplace
- Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
