What You'll Do:
- Build and execute a national sales strategy focused on new customer acquisitions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across direct sales streams
- Generate and manage a strong lead pipeline through proactive outreach and targeted engagement.
- Convert prospective customers through tailored presentations, events, and follow-up.
- Host consumer-facing events to promote brand awareness and drive sales.
- Develop and maintain long-term partner relationships to create recurring demand.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales activity with national campaigns.
- Track performance, analyse results, and provide insights that shape future strategy.
What You'll Bring:
- Demonstrated success in sales leadership, business development, or driving growth through strategic partnerships within the travel and tourism industry.
- Skilled at identifying and converting potential business opportunities into results.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the confidence to engage diverse audiences.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in pipeline management and customer engagement activities
- Excellent organisational skills with a track record in coordinating events and initiatives.
- Adaptable, reliable, and committed to representing the brand professionally.
