Job Description:

As a Travel Team Leader, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our retail travel store. You will lead a team of dedicated travel consultants, ensuring that they provide top-notch customer service, expert travel advice, and tailor-made travel solutions to our clients. This role is ideal for an individual with a deep passion for travel, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and lead a team of travel consultants, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales targets, maximize revenue, and achieve business objectives through effective sales strategies and client relationship management.
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are always maintained, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide expert advice to customers and support your team in delivering accurate information.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee store operations, including inventory management, administrative tasks, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to your team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel industry, with a proven track record in sales and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

The Package

• 70-80k base plus superannuation
• Uncapped Commission Structure
