We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Greek-speaking Retail & Wholesale Travel Agent to join a friendly team. In this role, you will assist both individual clients and travel partners in planning and booking travel arrangements, while delivering exceptional service in both English and Greek.

Key Responsibilities
⦁ Provide expert travel advice and consultation to retail clients and wholesale partners
⦁ Plan, book, and manage travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, tours, and transfers
⦁ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
⦁ Prepare competitive travel packages and quotations
⦁ Handle reservations, amendments, cancellations, and post booking support
⦁ Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
⦁ Stay up to date with travel trends, destinations, and industry developments
⦁ Deliver excellent customer service in both Greek and English

Skills & Qualifications
⦁ Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written) - essential
⦁ Previous experience in retail and/or wholesale travel (minimum 4 years preferred)
⦁ Strong knowledge of global travel destinations and products
⦁ Proficiency with GDS Amadeus system is highly desirable
⦁ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
⦁ Strong sales ability and customer service focus
⦁ High attention to detail and organisational skills
⦁ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

⦁ Established network within the travel industry
⦁ Experience working with Greek-speaking customers
⦁ Passion for travel and cultural knowledge of Greece and Europe
