Seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) / Sales Manager to join the team. Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development: Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with travel agencies and other key stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance our market presence.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and leverage existing relationships to maximize sales potential.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and proactively address potential challenges.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Promotional Activities: Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional activities, including events, campaigns, and trade shows. Drive brand awareness and increase market share through targeted initiatives.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in business development, preferably within the cruise and travel industry.
- In-depth understanding of the cruise and travel industry.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, and develop effective business strategies.
