Are you passionate about the cruise industry and ready to embark on a professional journey like no other? Seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) / Sales Manager to join the team. Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Partnership Development: Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with travel agencies and other key stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance our market presence.
  2. Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and leverage existing relationships to maximize sales potential.
  3. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and proactively address potential challenges.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  5. Promotional Activities: Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional activities, including events, campaigns, and trade shows. Drive brand awareness and increase market share through targeted initiatives.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in business development, preferably within the cruise and travel industry.
  • In-depth understanding of the cruise and travel industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, and develop effective business strategies.
