Are you a highly organized and enthusiastic individual with a passion for luxury travel? We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our dynamic sales team on an initial contract, with the potential to go permanent.

What You'll Do:
✅ Provide administrative and sales support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
✅ Coordinate and attend ship tours, inspections, and industry events
✅ Manage RSVPs for famil trips, events, and ship inspections
✅ Assist with marketing activities, including brochure distribution and promotional support
✅ Handle office administration, including ordering supplies and coordinating staff travel requests
✅ Organize and assist with internal office events (Easter, Halloween, Christmas, etc.)
✅ Arrange birthday celebrations and assist with general office duties
