✨ About the Role

As an Events & Administration Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting trade expos, travel sessions, sales conferences, and partner events. You'll be involved in event logistics, supplier coordination, reporting, and on-the-ground support at events across Australia. This is a hands-on, dynamic role that offers variety, travel, and the chance to make a real impact.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

✅ Coordinate travel sessions, industry expos, sales conferences, and internal events
✅ Manage event logistics including venue bookings, travel, accommodation, and supplier liaison
✅ Attend and support offsite events, including evenings and weekends as needed
✅ Handle administration including invoices, purchase orders, reporting, and office support
✅ Create and manage detailed rooming lists, seating plans, and event schedules
✅ Produce timely and accurate event reports with analysis and key insights

💼 What You'll Bring

✔️ Previous experience in events administration, ideally in the travel industry
✔️ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas essential)
✔️ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
✔️ Excellent written, verbal, and email communication skills
✔️ Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage external suppliers
✔️ Willingness to travel interstate and work flexible hours to support events
✔️ Outgoing, friendly, and professional with a passion for delivering great experiences
