🌍 About the Role

As a Travel Sales & Support Consultant, you'll manage enquiries from first contact through to confirmed booking, working with both travel agents and suppliers.

You'll be:

✨ Converting warm enquiries into confirmed bookings
✨ Building genuine relationships with customers and agents
✨ Managing a busy pipeline and driving strong conversion results
✨ Applying a structured sales process with full training provided
✨ Delivering exceptional service across phone, email and chat
✨ Recommending tailored solutions and personalised itineraries

You'll receive ongoing coaching, sales training and product development to help you grow quickly and confidently.
