🌍 The Opportunity

As Team Leader, you'll support and develop a team of Travel Sales Consultants while maintaining strong personal standards around sales execution and quality.

You'll be responsible for:

✨ Coaching live sales conversations
✨ Reinforcing a clear, structured sales methodology
✨ Running skills sessions & targeted workshops
✨ Supporting pipeline progression & closing deals
✨ Stepping in on complex or stalled bookings
✨ Driving daily activity standards & KPI accountability
✨ Supporting onboarding of new consultants
✨ Maintaining strong systems, standards & sales rhythm

You'll work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in scaling the sales function as demand continues to grow.
