Based in the heart of Auckland CBD, this role gives you the chance to assist travel agents in creating unforgettable holidays across the South Pacific, from Fiji and Tahiti to Samoa, Vanuatu, New Caledonia, and beyond.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Selling air and land packages via phone, email, and web chat enquiries
• Managing end-to-end bookings, from first contact to post-travel follow-up
• Liaising with suppliers to finalise arrangements
• Maintaining accurate booking records in the system
• Hitting sales and productivity targets
• Participating in regular training workshops and sales meetings

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar reservations role
• Possesses excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Has a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Ideally has knowledge of South Pacific destinations (bonus, not essential)
• Is confident working with GDS
