As Team Leader of Product, you'll guide a dedicated team in delivering high-impact travel offerings across B2B, B2C, and internal sales channels. You'll also manage your own destination portfolio, identifying new opportunities and building exclusive partnerships to strengthen our global presence.
In this hands-on role, you'll drive impact across sourcing, supplier deals, marketing, and team growth. A great fit if you're savvy, driven, and love travel.
What You'll Be Doing
Product Strategy & Development
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle-sourcing, contracting, distribution, and performance
- Drive growth in passengers, room nights, and revenue through targeted strategies
- Monitor performance, analyse trends, and optimise accordingly
- Ensure product content is accurate and up to date across all platforms
- Create unique, competitive travel packages for diverse market segments
- Stay ahead of market trends and uncover new opportunities within your destinations
Supplier & Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop strong, long-term supplier partnerships to secure competitive rates and value-added deals
- Partner with tourism boards and industry stakeholders on co-marketing and promotional initiatives
- Align product strategy with business goals through close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Reservations teams
Marketing Collaboration
- Help craft engaging content and campaigns that spotlight key destination highlights
- Align product initiatives with marketing to boost visibility and engagement
- Measure campaign success through clear performance metrics
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the International Product Team to achieve performance goals
- Set clear objectives and champion best practices in product management
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align team efforts with business strategy and innovation initiatives
What You Bring
- Proven experience in travel product or destination management, ideally in a wholesale setting
- Strong leadership with a track record of driving commercial results
- Skilled negotiator with a talent for building long-term supplier partnerships
- Data-driven thinker with the ability to turn insights into action
- Collaborative and hands-on, comfortable working cross-functionally
- Available full-time in the office, Monday to Friday
