Travel Partnerships Manager
About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced travel industry professional to join a well-established national travel organisation. This role sits within a high-performing team and plays a key part in driving partnerships and revenue growth across the Australian market.
We are seeking a commercially focused professional with strong travel industry knowledge and proven negotiation experience to manage supplier relationships and enhance commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key travel industry partners.
- Provide reporting, analysis and insights on performance, market trends and revenue opportunities.
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to align promotional activity with commercial agreements.
- Identify, negotiate and secure agreements with new and existing suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier contracts and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Act as the key point of contact for supplier communications.
- Analyse financial and market data to support negotiation strategy.
- Communicate supplier updates and developments to relevant internal teams.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years' experience within the Travel Industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Australian travel and tourism sector, including agency and wholesale distribution networks.
- Proven experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing supplier contracts.
- Strong analytical capability and commercial acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
