We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Travel Operations Coordinator to join a boutique, luxury inbound travel company specialising in tailor-made itineraries across Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific.

Working with clients predominantly from North America, we create bespoke travel experiences that showcase the very best of our region. Our small, supportive team is relaxed in culture but highly focused on delivering premium service and seamless journeys.

In this role, you'll work closely with our travel designers to bring dream itineraries to life.

You will:

• Prepare detailed itineraries and costings
• Book and ticket flights through a consolidator
• Liaise with tour operators and suppliers
• Enter and manage accurate data within our systems
• Double-check all arrangements prior to issuing final documentation
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the sales team

You are someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional work and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

You have:

• Outstanding organisation and time management skills
• A strong eye for detail, with a "can do" attitude and proactive approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks
• Strong computer skills and confidence in learning new systems
• Proficiency in Sabre is a must
