An established travel business is looking for a National Sales Manager to play a key role in accelerating growth across new markets, partnerships, and consumer segments.

This is a hands-on, commercially driven role where you'll combine strategy with execution, opening doors, building relationships, and turning opportunities into revenue.


⭐ What You'll Be Doing:

Drive National Growth

  • Identify and activate new business opportunities across partnerships, networks, and consumer markets
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand revenue streams and market reach

Build High-Value Partnerships

  • Establish and nurture commercial and community partnerships
  • Negotiate and secure agreements that support long-term business growth

Own the Sales Pipeline

  • Proactively generate leads through outreach, presentations, and targeted engagement
  • Convert prospects into customers using tailored, relationship-led sales approaches

Deliver Consumer & Partner Engagement

  • Represent the brand at events, presentations, and both in-person and virtual sessions
  • Create memorable, high-impact customer and partner experiences

Influence Strategy Through Insights

  • Track and analyse sales performance
  • Provide recommendations to optimise campaigns, activity, and ROI
  • Manage direct sales budgets

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to align sales activity with business priorities

👤 About You:

You are a motivated sales professional who thrives in a growth environment. You will bring:

  • Proven experience in travel sales, business development, or partnership acquisition
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
  • Confidence identifying and converting new business opportunities
  • Excellent organisation and stakeholder management capability
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team culture
  • Experience in travel or consumer-facing industries is highly regarded
  • Willingness to travel nationally as required
