This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with 1-2 years' experience in the travel industry.

Flexible Hybrid Opportunity in Sydney CBD

Salary $75k + Super + Performance based bonus

The role is varied and hands-on, combining executive administration, financial coordination, CRM reporting, and marketing support. You will assist senior regional leadership with day-to-day administration, manage office operations and supplier coordination, support invoice processing and budget tracking, maintain CRM databases and contribute to regional trade events, marketing campaigns, and industry activations.

About You

You are organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities. You have 1-2 years' experience in travel, tourism, or a related industry, strong administrative skills, and an interest in marketing and destination promotion. You are comfortable working with data, reporting tools, and financial processes, and enjoy working in a collaborative, international environment.
