JOB DESCRIPTION:

*Assisting agents with their travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, cruise & tours)
*Tailor make travel itineraries for new, repeat and referral customers
*Consistently provide superior customer service to clients, whether it be face to face, via email or on the phone
*Become an integral part of the team, provide superior customer service contributing to the profitability of the store

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

*MIN two years experience
*Knowledge of the Travel Industry - strong INTERNATIONAL knowledge
*Experience providing superior customer service levels, phone, email
*Proficient in minimum of one GDS system (Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus etc)
*Strong airfare/product knowledge
*A positive attitude and passion for Travel

THE PACKAGE:

$40-47k + Super
