ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a mature minded travel agent with fantastic customer service skills to be apart of this highly awarded travel agency specialising in mostly premium products.

Our client offer bespoke and unique itineraries and never just the ordinary which provides a level of excitement on a day to day basis working on bulky, in depth packages around the world.



SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- MIN 4 Years travel industry (consulting) experience
- Customer focused, not just about getting to the end game quickest
- Team Player (working within a team of 4, you will be the 5th staff member)
- High level of attention to detail
- Self Motivated (someone that does not require micromanagement & can be proactive & reliable to complete daily tasks)
- Able to take direction when given well
- An appetite to go above and beyond for the clients & ultimately delivering sales



BENEFITS:

A generous, above industry award base wage of $60,000 - $65,000 + super with additional monetary bonuses just simply by hitting your KPI's. You will also be given GREAT opportunity to attend premium conferences and educational trips fully funded by the company which can be worth up to $10,000 per event

Due to the nature of the clientele & location of office, you will only be working MON-FRI between 9:00am - 5:30pm and Saturdays are by appointment ONLY
(This is completely at the consultants discretion should you wish to arrange any appointments with your clients on a Saturday)
