Are you a senior travel professional who knows how to turn a great travel concept into a seamless, premium group experience?

This is an opportunity to step beyond traditional retail travel and take ownership of product development, group operations, complex airfares and high-value client delivery.

We're looking for someone who can bring the experience, commercial thinking and operational know-how to help shape and deliver exceptional international group travel programs.


What you'll be doing:

  • Create new premium group travel programs from concept through to final approval.
  • Research destinations, develop itineraries and identify new travel opportunities.
  • Work with DMCs, local operators, hotels, airlines and suppliers to build exceptional programs.
  • Review and improve existing itineraries, logistics and supplier arrangements.
  • Oversee group travel operations from registration through to post-event review.
  • Personally manage allocated high-value clients, including flights, changes, documentation and pre-departure requirements.
  • Use your advanced airfare and ticketing expertise to resolve complex travel issues.
  • Support and guide travel consultants with complex bookings, ticketing and itinerary changes.
  • Maintain rooming lists, manifests, client records and operational tracking.
  • Coordinate with local teams before and during events.
  • Attend approximately 1-2 international events per year.
  • Contribute to improved systems, processes and workflows.
  • Help shape the future growth of the travel team.


What you'll bring:

  • Strong experience in premium group travel.
  • Proven experience developing, costing, planning or delivering group travel programs.
  • Current GDS experience with advanced airfare and ticketing knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of complex international airfares, ticketing and travel arrangements.
  • Established supplier relationships across DMCs, hotels, airlines and ground handlers.
  • Experience managing high-value or VIP clients.
  • Hands-on leadership experience, including coaching, training and mentoring.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • A calm, professional and solutions-focused approach.
  • The ability to work independently and confidently from home.
  • A willingness and ability to travel internationally when required.
  • Experience with MYOB or similar systems would be advantageous.
