Are you an experienced Corporate Travel Agent who loves talking care of your clients, or an experienced Travel Agent looking to move into the Corporate space? Read on for your next job opportunity! We are seeking Corporate travel agents for new roles in QLD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage travel arrangements including flights, cars and hotels.
• Provide expert advice on travel options, itineraries, and destinations based on client preferences and budgets.
• Handle travel emergencies and changes, including rebooking flights and adjusting itineraries as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to travel bookings and expenses.
• Build relationships with clients to retain business.
• Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and new travel technology.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years working as a Travel Agent.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and online reservation tools (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo).
• Strong knowledge of travel destinations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality service delivery.

Benefits:

• $60K-$85K salary + incentives + super, depending on experience.
