We're searching for an experienced travel industry professional ready to continue their travel industry leadership experience in a new role based in Melbourne's North East. Job Description

• Lead and inspire a team of international travel consultants
• Continue to work hands-on with clients, booking international holidays
• Mentor and coach your team to deliver world-class service and hit sales targets
• Work across a variety of international destinations, no two days will ever be the same
• Drive performance and culture while staying close to the action
• Work appointment only with your clients

Experience Required

• Proven experience in the travel industry, ideally in a Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader role
• Strong international travel consulting experience with a focus on international itineraries
• Confident mentoring and motivating others to achieve individual and team goals
• Passion for all things travel - you live and breathe destinations, customer service, and great experiences
• Commercially minded with a love for sales and client engagement

The Package

• A competitive salary of $75,000 - $85,000 + Super + Uncapped earnings
• Uncapped commission - your earnings are limited only by your ambition
• Fantastic North East Melbourne location
• Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
• Appointment only clientele
