They are currently looking for a Reservations Manager to take a hands on role both consulting and managing a team of wholesale travel consultants.

You will be required to manage a team of wholesale travel consultants; to motivate, mentor and support them in their daily duties. We are therefore ideally seeking someone with previous supervisory / team leader experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

*Managing a team of travel consultants
*Consulting and reservations for agent
*Dealing with a variety of clients and offering excellent customer service to ensure renewed business
*Dealing with any issues that may arise from the Wholesale reservations team
*Collaborating with Senior Management to ensure positive and productive outcomes for business and staff goals
*Motivating the team and ensuring the smooth operations of daily tasks
*Dealing with ongoing training
*Working Monday to Friday office hours with the occasional Saturday

EXPEREIENCED REQUIRED:

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate leadership experience and skills, be confident and pro-active in your approach to work. We require a highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals with excellent Travel industry experience and who have proven experience of leading a team. You should thrive when providing truly excellent customer service. This is also a hand on role which will require taking reservations as well as managing.
