$75K - $85K + Super DOE | Hybrid | 2 Days Office, 3 Days WFH

Are you an experienced travel consultant who loves turning enquiries into bookings and providing genuinely great service? This is an opportunity to join a specialist travel business where you'll work with customers throughout their entire travel journey.

🌍 The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for helping customers plan and book their holidays, from the initial conversation through to finalising their arrangements.

Your day to day will include:

* Handling new and existing customer enquiries
* Providing expert travel advice and recommendations
* Preparing quotes and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
* Booking international airfares through a GDS
* Assisting with accommodation, tours and other travel arrangements
* Maintaining accurate customer records and booking details
* Working alongside internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
* Managing your own workload while keeping on top of multiple enquiries

🔑 What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a strong background in travel consulting who is confident both selling travel and looking after customers.

You'll ideally have:

* 5+ years' experience in travel consulting
* Strong international airfare and ticketing knowledge
* Confident GDS experience
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Good Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
* A professional, friendly and confident approach with customers

You'll be someone who enjoys having a conversation with a customer, understanding what they're looking for and confidently guiding them towards the right travel experience.

$75K - $85K + Super DOE

* 2 days working from the Sydney CBD office
* 3 days working from home
