Multi award winning, this role is rewarding for someone that is willing to put in the time & effort in mentoring, developing and coaching staff in sales procedures provided by the company.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will work alongside 2 other Sales Team Manager's in mentoring a team of travel sales consultants.
This role will incorporate you to motivate the travel team and provide correct processes & follow sales procedures as outlined by the company.
You will give direction & advise on how to get 'that booking over the line' and handling any sales objections.
Travel consultants will have KPI's to achieve so your job will to ensure they hit their monthly targets.
Reporting back to your team on their sales metrics.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Call centre, sales and management experience is essential in a B2C environment
- You will ideally have experience in the Travel Industry in a sales role
- The ideal person will have extremely high drive & perseverance with the ability to lead a team and have a resilient nature.
- You will also be someone that has achieved and gone beyond set KPI's and can demonstrate your love for sales, then this opportunity could be something to consider.
THE PACKAGE:
A base of up to circa $80k + super + monthly bonuses taking your OTE to over $100k and the chance to be part of a growing travel business.
