A boutique travel agency is seeking an experienced and driven Travel Consultant to join its growing team.

You will be a destination expert working in the CBD with a reputable and dynamic team and will play a pivotal role in delivering seamless end to end travel solutions booking everything from complex international itineraries to last minute requests. You will be the expert behind an unbeatable travel experience from start to finish.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Respond to inbound enquiries via phone, email, and web chat from both travel agents and direct clients
• Sell and coordinate customised air and land holiday packages
• Manage bookings end-to-end, from enquiry to post-travel follow-up
• Provide expert destination advice to match client needs
• Liaise with suppliers to confirm travel components and resolve any issues
• Use internal systems to manage bookings and client data
• Meet individual and team sales targets and KPIs
• Attend product training and sales team meetings

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a travel consulting or reservations role
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting targets
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management
• Ability to handle both B2B and B2C clients confidently
• Amadeus experience highly regarded
• Strong product/destination knowledge - you're a natural destination specialist
• Positive attitude, team player, and customer-focused mindset
