Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating a reservations team to exceed sales and service KPIs
• Assisting with complex bookings and supporting consultants when required
• Managing workflow, rostering, and team development
• Liaising with South Pacific suppliers and maintaining strong relationships
• Driving a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment
• Participating in leadership training and team meetings
  

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous leadership or supervisory experience in the travel industry
• Brings hands-on reservations/consulting expertise (GDS & Tourplan experience ideal)
• Has a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Possesses excellent time management, communication, and coaching skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong customer-first approach
