A unique opportunity for a PR Manager to join this award winning travel company for a maternity leave contract - min. 12 months

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Management and delivery of the Australian PR plan
• Developing a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with journalists, agents and media stakeholders
• Prepare pitches, press briefings and write media releases and reports
• Assist the team in designing and reviewing a variety of promotional and marketing materials

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism/Communications
• PR and/or Journalism experience
• Substantial experience in publicity and media relations
• Travel industry experience with proven contacts desirable

PACKAGE:

• Excellent salary of $95k + super

• Work from home - 1 day per week
• Full time / Mon - Fri hours
• 12 month contract
