We are looking for an experienced Head of Client Relations to lead client engagement, procurement delivery, and strategic growth across key airline and hotel partnerships.

In this role, you will drive value through effective procurement leadership, strong supplier management, and the ability to build trusted, high-level client relationships. You will be responsible for delivering best-in-market sourcing strategies and achieving measurable savings while ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

✔️ Minimum 5+ years of client stakeholder and leadership experience
✔️ Strong category management or procurement background, ideally within the airline or hotel industry
✔️ Proven sales and negotiation skills
✔️ Ability to manage complex supplier networks and contracts
✔️ Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and project management skills
✔️ Experience in managing and coaching high-performing teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring strategic objectives and sourcing deliverables are achieved.
• Develop and implement strategic category management plans to maximise client value.
• Deliver robust procurement outcomes and lead negotiation processes with hotel and ground transport suppliers.
• Oversee the day-to-day account management, ensuring seamless operational performance and client satisfaction.
• Lead supplier relationship management strategies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide coaching and leadership to support business growth.
